sits above the Infrastructure layer, ensuring that our customers end
users continue to get the same experience regardless of what the
infrastructure is. Add to this our ability to provide mixed vendor
environments for solutions such as Unified Messaging where customers
can use a mixture of any IMAP compliant email solution (e.g MS Outlook,
Novel Groupwise, Lotus Notes, HP Openmail etc), and TeleWare can truly
provide an application suite that offers our customers complete
flexibility to choose their infrastructure based on a best of breed
approach, as opposed to being tied into one supplier for the life of
their solution. In most cases, all TeleWare needs is an open interface.
