TeleWare provides a software based IP Class 5 Feature Server supported by a Runtime Engine providing interoperable services with support for a wide range of applications and telephony switches.

The TeleWare hosted services architecture is standards based and runs on standard Intel architecture under a  Microsoft operating system. It will  interface with industry standard routers, firewalls and session border controllers, IP network interconnects and SIP phones. TeleWare’s recommended platform hardware and configuration are provided. The final hardware specification and design is at the discretion of the service provider and is designed to be able to be tailored to provide the level of service, and configuration of end  to end services and applications, that the service provide aim to deliver to their target market.
